Little concerned about insects, other then that very good stay. They said they had recently fumigated was why insects were on move. Friendly accommodating staff.Good value.
The young lady at the front desk was very polite and courteous. The rooms were spotless and for good price.
The hotel is definitely one of the nicest ones in town, and conveniently located. It's located right on hwy 425, close enough to the majority of fast food restaurants, but far enough away for away that you're not overcrowded with traffic and noise. The rooms are nice and clean with all the basic necessities needed for a comfortable stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful bedding: high quality sheets, mattress, and pillows. I was very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping here. I noticed that they are renovating more rooms too. I would ask for them; they are nicely done. Staff were very cordial and helpful.
My overall stay was great. The rooms were emaculent, the location was nice and safe, plus the front desk worker was extremely helpful and had a pleasant personality.
My husband has been in Monticello Arkansas working as part of a construction crew for the last couple of months. We decided to go with him for 2 weeks since it’s summer vacay for our kids. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds super comfortable. The pool is a bit dated and could use a little paint refresh on the bottom but still it is clean. My kids loved the pool because it isn’t one of those super tiny ones most motels have now a days. It has a deeper end in it for actual swimming. The staff are all top tier too! Friendly and very accommodating. It was quiet and slept wonderfully. The breakfast is the typical continental breakfast but it’s always hot, good variety, and filling. We will always choose to stay here when we are in Monticello.
The rooms were very comfy first time I went there there was even a pool 100/10 breakfast room was nice. They had all sorts of foods for breakfast. I would actually want to stay here
Rooms have been renovated at this motel in the middle of a nice little small quiet town next to walmart. You're going to visit somebody that goes to UAM I highly recommend staying here
